What happens once I am migrated to Cloud email?

Staff who are on UNSW Standard Operating Model (SoE) should have a seamless experience; you may be required to restart Outlook.

Staff who are using a Non Standard Operating Model (Non SoE) can refer to the Quick Reference Guides to check configuration settings if their client does not connect after restart.
